Chosen to supply structures for the Southampton International Boat Show for multiple years, we’ve delivered exceptional space which includes three exhibitor halls amounting to 10,650 sqm.
These exhibitor halls host businesses from all over the country, allowing them to protect their equipment come rain or shine.
The exhibition halls we continue to deliver are –
Ocean Hall 1: 30m x 75m
Ocean Hall 2: 30m x 70m
Ocean Hall 3: 30m x 105m
From working directly with the event organisers to supporting outdoor exhibitors, each year we help put on a great show.
A large part of our contract is to deliver three 30m wide structures, which form the main exhibitor halls and host businesses from all over the country.
However, we also supply several pagodas, the VIP dining restaurants and wine bars as well as larger exhibition stands to exhibitors who need a tailored, on-brand space to showcase their products.
Our structures at Southampton Boat Show take just 9 days to put up and 4 days to take down, meaning there is very little disruption for the people who live locally to this site.
When it comes to the structures we build, we will go above and beyond in order to facilitate your needs.
At Southampton Boat Show the pagodas we build not only go on the ground but our expert team are also able to build pagodas that are placed on pontoons. This showcases just what this event is all about and gives businesses the opportunity to reflect their brand in two ways, being out on the water but also through the branded PVC we are able to put on these structures.
The wine bar structure we build further pushes the boundaries as the space in which it is required has a wall in the way. For our team, this was no trouble and we quickly came up with a solution to incorporate this wall into the structure.
