Can you build temporary event structures tailored to our brand?
Absolutely! All of our event structures are manufactured in our own in-house manufacturing facility and so they can be tailored to meet your exact needs.
Do you offer in-house design or do you work with external designers?
We have an in-house design team so we can work closely with you to make sure your event structure can meet your exact requirements and concepts. We also offer bespoke designs if you need something a little different. Take a look at this example here.
What materials do you use? Are there eco-friendly or sustainable options?
All of our event kit is made out of aluminum frame and PVC or ABS hard walling panels. We maintain all of our materials so they can be reused again and again providing eco-friendly and sustainable options where possible. Read more about our sustainability practices here
Are your structures certified and compliant with safety standards?
At Mar-Key Group, we are MUTA members and hold ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditations, as well as being SafeContractor approved to make sure we adhere to appropriate working practices and ensure safe and suitable installation of your building.
Can your structures handle adverse weather?
As standard, our even structures wind load ranges from 17m/s to 35 m/s. Please speak to us if you need something different, as we can design a building meet higher wind loading if required. When you hire from us, we will provide you with a weather management plan to ensure you know what measures to take in adverse weather.
What is your typical lead time for a project?
We have a large rental fleet available for immediate deployment. Let us know your dates, and we’ll do all we can to meet them! Be mindful that many marquee companies will be booked a year or more in advance for the busy summer season, but reach out to us and if we can’t help, we’ll always direct you to a fellow marquee company who might be able to help you.
Can you build in remote or hard to access locations?
We can! We’ve built on large slopes, uneven ground and even the sandy beach! You may need to factor in additional costs such as trackway or manpower if we cannot load or unload close to the build site. But let us know your ideas and location and we’ll talk these through and let you know what’s possible.
How long does it take to assemble or disassemble your structures?
Depending on the size and level of fit out you require, this could be between a few days to a few weeks. How do I make a booking?
Once you are ready to go ahead with your structure, we will send you over a booking confirmation for you to sign and then we will raise an invoice. Once a deposit is received, your materials are secured and your installation is confirmed with us. We’re always on hand if you have questions or need to make amendments. We know the world of events can be unpredictable!
Do you build for festivals, corporate events, weddings, expos or sports?
Yes! We can build a temporary structure for any event you are hosting, whether that is an exhibition, corporate event, festival and more, we can give you the space you need.
Can you build temporary structures for multi-day events?
Of course! All of our solutions are suitable to be in place for multiple weeks. Have a look at the structures we build for Ascot that are in place over the summer months.
